Manufacturing Assemblers Join a growing manufacturing team where your attention to detail and hands-on skills make an impact. We are looking for a reliable Assembler to support the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll work with tools, follow blueprints, and collaborate with a team focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous growth. Responsibilities Assemble components into finished products using blueprints, diagrams, and work orders Read and interpret schematics, drawings, bills of materials, and other technical documents Use hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches to build and secure parts to specification Perform quality checks to ensure products are level, square, and meet required standards Inspect materials and components for defects (dents, scratches, alignment issues) before and during assembly Assemble electrical components such as switchboards, panelboards, and copper bussing per design specifications Conduct visual inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify and correct nonconforming parts Skill Recommendations Previous experience using basic hand and power tools The ability to read and follow work instructions Experience from industries such as manufacturing, general construction trades, and automotive repair beneficial but not mandatory Additional Information Join a high-growth manufacturing company supporting electrification for critical infrastructure Strong opportunities for advancement into quality, machine operation, leadership, and other business units Hands-on training with a supportive team structure and strong leadership support Culture focused on trust, continuous improvement, and long-term career growth Brand-new manufacturing facility Consistent 4-day workweek: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Additional schedule options available
Required PPE:
steel-toed boots (employee provided), safety glasses (company provided) Structured onboarding with dedicated training during your first week before joining the production team Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Hanover, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
