- Assemble mechanical systems and components using engineering drawings and work instructions
- Use hand tools and small power tools to complete assemblies safely and accurately
- Perform testing procedures and document results
- Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and assembly documentation
- Support kitting, packaging, and material preparation activities
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
- Follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
- Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as needed 🎯 What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders
- Experience using hand tools and small power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow documented work instructions
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally 🏭 Work Environment Work in a clean, organized facility supporting advanced manufacturing and technology-focused industries.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience with mechanical assembly, engineering drawings, testing, and manufacturing processes in a growing, technology-driven environment.
