• Assemble mechanical systems and components using engineering drawings and work instructions
• Use hand tools and small power tools to complete assemblies safely and accurately
• Perform testing procedures and document results
• Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and assembly documentation
• Support kitting, packaging, and material preparation activities
• Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as needed 🎯 What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders
• Experience using hand tools and small power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow documented work instructions
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
