What You'll Do:

Assemble boat components, hardware, and accessories according to specifications Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and production schedules Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with material handling and product movement throughout production ✅

What We're Looking For:

Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, construction, or mechanical experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team ⭐ Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
