Assembler Job Description As an assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and inspection of a diverse range of electronic products. This position requires mechanical aptitude, intermediate manufacturing experience, and proficiency in English to follow work instructions and safety guidelines. Responsibilities Assemble varied electronic products, consistently meeting quality standards. Perform in-process and final assembly inspections and report potential defects to the shift leader or manager. Foster a high-performing team environment through daily communication with supervisors and colleagues in all manufacturing areas. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet production schedules, including overtime as required by production needs. Provide regular feedback to management regarding potential product and assembly process improvements. Comply with all company policies and programs, including those regarding ethics, conduct, safety, security, ISO, and continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations. Help create and maintain facilities for your area of responsibility, ensuring occupational safety and environmental protection. Perform all other related duties as assigned.
