In this onsite role you will work first shift (Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-8:00 AM start window) with occasional evening/weekend overtime, contributing to consistent production output and safety compliance. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following defined instructions and safety procedures Complete a hands-on assessment as part of the interview process and demonstrate the ability to follow coaching and feedback Maintain reliable attendance to meet guaranteed hours and production schedules Participate in random drug testing and comply with FAA drug screen requirements for this safety-sensitive role Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or equivalent Consistent, excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to be coached and follow detailed instructions Willingness to complete and pass a hands-on skills assessment Pay Range $13.60 - $17.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
