Mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations Perform hands-on mechanical and electromechanical assembly of components and products in a manufacturing environment. Follow established work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality standards to accurately assemble products using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment.Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly tasks according to detailed work instructions and specifications. Use hand tools, basic production equipment, and assembly fixtures safely and efficiently. Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper functionality. Follow established manufacturing processes, company policies, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work effectively as part of a production team while meeting quality and productivity expectations. Identify and communicate assembly issues or quality concerns to the appropriate team members.Qualifications:
Vocational training, technical education, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
