What You'll Do:
Operate and tend manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently. Assemble components with precision and a keen eye for detail. Use scanners for accurate inventory tracking and product identification. Make computer-based adjustments to equipment as needed. Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet strict company standards. Work hands-on with materials including plastics and carbon fiber. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment. Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
What We're Looking For:
No prior experience required - we value a strong work history and job stability. Previous machine operation, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus. Mechanical aptitude is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Must be able to stand for extended periods.
