Job description:

Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Assembly Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Assembly Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. We currently have 1st and 2nd shift positions. 1st shift works Monday through Friday from 5am to 1:30pm and 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm. Must be able to work overtime when needed. Duties

• Operate various types of hand tools.
• Assemble components and products according to specifications on the assembly line.
• Fabricate parts as needed for production processes, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while adhering to safety protocols. Skills
• Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools effectively and safely.
• Familiarity with manufacturing facility operations and assembly line processes.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving collective goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
