PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Assembly & Test Technician to perform testing, troubleshooting, and analysis on electronic equipment and assemblies. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong electronics knowledge who can troubleshoot down to the component level and enjoys solving technical problems in a quality-focused environment. What You'll Do Perform standard testing processes on electronic equipment and assemblies. Troubleshoot electronic systems and failures to the component level . Operate industry-specific test and diagnostic equipment. Record, analyze, and document test results accurately. Identify equipment or product issues and communicate findings to the appropriate team. Follow established testing procedures, specifications, and work instructions. Maintain accuracy while managing testing priorities and deadlines. Support quality and continuous improvement efforts. Required QualificationsF Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field. 2-4 years of related electronics or testing experience. Strong electronics background with component-level troubleshooting experience . Proficiency using technical tools and electronic test equipment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good time management and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively under direct supervision. Pay Details:
