Position Overview Perform the assembly or sub-assembly of medical device and products in senior level position under limited supervision from line leaders and supervisors in accordance with manufacturing documents.

Job duties:

Follow manufacturing instructions to assemble products or prototypes as required. Record data associated with the building of products on build records or prototypes as required. Communicate with leads and supervisors when issues related to materials, processes, and/or written procedures are encountered. Work with engineers and supervisors to perform special assembly requests. Follow all related quality, compliance, and Company policies and procedures. Understand Operations objectives and work with team members to achieve overall production goals. Learn and maintain knowledge and skills to perform at least six (6) manufacturing procedures successfully. As directed by leads and supervisors, train other assemblers on certified manufacturing procedures. Meet all performance standards and metrics by using time and resources efficiently. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by keeping work area in a neat and organized manner. Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
