Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications Must be able to interpit Instructions in english. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly in an aerospace. Can understand blueprints Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
