Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electro-mechanical cables and build harness boards following customer drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM). Perform wire preparation using manual and automated equipment, including cutting, stripping, crimping, tinning, and inserting contacts into connectors. Apply tie wraps, shrink tubing, flat ribbon cable assemblies, backshells, and labels to wires and cables. Perform precision soldering (J-STD) and execute pull tests, quality inspections, and device testing. Maintain a safe working environment, follow safety procedures, and assist with standard equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with J-STD soldering. Hands-on experience with wire crimping. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical specifications.
