Pay Range:
$20.00
•$30.00 per hour DOE Currently hiring 19 Cable Assemblers across two manufacturing facilities. These positions offer excellent opportunities for candidates with experience in cable assembly, cable harness manufacturing, soldering, and crimping. Position 1: Experienced Cable Assemblers (6 Openings)
Pay Range:
$23.00
•$27.00 per hour
Requirements:
Previous experience performing cable assembly in the cable harness industry. Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and schematics. Experience cutting, stripping, routing, and terminating wires and cables. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with wire harness manufacturing. Familiarity with
IPC/WHMA-A-620
standards. Position 2: Cable Assemblers
•Soldering & Crimping (7 Openings)
Pay Range:
$20.00
•$24.00 per hour
Requirements:
Previous experience soldering and crimping cable assemblies. Ability to perform cable terminations, connector installations, and assembly work. Knowledge of cable assembly tools and techniques. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Interview Process:
Candidates will be required to pass a hands-on soldering and crimping assessment during the interview process. Position 3: Cable Assemblers
•Soldering, Crimping & Defense Projects (6 Openings)
Pay Range:
$22.00
•$30.00 per hour
Requirements:
Experience soldering and crimping cable assemblies. Ability to perform cable and wire harness assembly work to high quality standards. Experience reading assembly drawings and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Interview Process:
Candidates will be required to pass a hands-on soldering and crimping test during the interview.
Additional Requirement:
Due to government and military-related project requirements, candidates must be: U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders). Eligible to work on projects subject to federal contract requirements. General Responsibilities for All Positions Assemble cable harnesses, wire assemblies, and electromechanical components. Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires and cables. Perform visual inspections and quality checks. Maintain production and quality standards. Follow safety procedures and manufacturing processes. Work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Schedule Full-Time |
