Utilize basic computer systems to navigate, access, and pull digital work instructions and production specifications. Operate hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, adjustable torque wrenches) and custom fixtures to assemble components. Use precision measuring tools???including calipers, micrometers, and visual scopes???to verify exact dimensional tolerances. Troubleshoot assemblies that fail testing and assist with basic product repairs. Clean, label, and package finished components per clean room specifications. Strict adherence to clean room protocols, including full gowning procedures for Class 5 and Class 7 environments. Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles before, during, and after shifts. Collaborate with production team members, supervisors, and quality support to resolve non-conformances.
