Line Workers:

Transfer coagulated tofu curds evenly into cloth-lined molds to prevent air pockets or uneven density. Hand-wrap curds securely in wet cloth, ensuring tight, uniform folds before ing mechanical or hydraulic pressure.

Product Inspection:

Check tofu blocks, packaging integrity, and labels for defects or errors.

Packaging & Sorting:

Place finished goods into boxes, cartons, or crates along the conveyor system.
