Pay:

$18.00/hour Kimco Staffing, in partnership with an industry-leading manufacturing company located in Huntington Beach, CA, is currently seeking Assemblers to join their growing team! Major Responsibilities Assemble basic and intermediate components using hand and power tools. Follow assembly procedures, schedules, and quality standards. Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory and hardware counts. Meet established productivity and performance targets. Cross-train and work in multiple assembly areas as needed. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime or schedule changes. Work effectively as part of a team and take ownership of assigned work. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day. Understand and commit to meeting all deadlines and job requirements. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test. Must be willing to work weekends and overtime when needed.
