Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Line Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in constructing high-quality products through precise mechanical assembly. As a Line Assembler, you'll interpret technical drawings and schematics, utilize specialized industrial tools, and ensure each component meets strict quality standards. Your attention to detail and mechanical knowledge will contribute directly to our production goals, making a tangible impact on our company's success. Duties Assemble products by following detailed blueprints, schematics, and production documents with accuracy and efficiency Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met Operate power tools, pneumatic tools, soldering equipment, and other specialized industrial tools safely and effectively Interpret technical drawings and mechanical blueprints to guide assembly processes Conduct manual handling of parts and components, ensuring proper positioning and secure fastening during assembly Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Perform quality checks using measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to confirm specifications are within tolerances Assist in machining or other manufacturing tasks as needed to support production flow Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is highly desirable Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools is advantageous Knowledge of shop math principles related to measurements and dimensions in manufacturing environments Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and soldering equipment safely Mechanical knowledge or background in machining or industrial assembly will support success in this role Strong manual dexterity combined with the ability to interpret technical instructions ensures high-quality output This energetic role invites proactive individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
