In this energetic position, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of truck accessories and automotive parts with precision and care. Duties Install a variety of truck accessories such as running boards, bed liners, lighting systems, and other aftermarket parts with accuracy and efficiency Perform vehicle inspections to assess compatibility of accessories and identify any mechanical or electrical issues before installation Use hand tools, power tools, and automotive electrical systems to complete installations safely and effectively Assist with auto estimating by providing accurate assessments of parts needed and time required for each project Ensure all installed accessories meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications through thorough quality checks Maintain detailed records of work performed, including vehicle inspections, repairs, and installations for customer service transparency Qualifications Prior experience in automotive repair or mechanic work with a strong understanding of vehicle systems Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive electrical systems Ability to operate standard passenger cars confidently in addition to trucks and larger vehicles Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and aftermarket modifications Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs and installation processes Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during installations This role offers an engaging environment where your mechanical skills will be valued and developed.
