Kirk Brown Wood Products is a Napa-based custom woodworking shop producing high-quality cabinetry and architectural millwork for detail-oriented residential projects. We value precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship — and we expect a high level of professionalism in our shop.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced fabricator who can confidently build custom cabinetry and millwork from drawings with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands workflow, accuracy, and production efficiency in a professional shop environment.
Responsibilities:
Build custom cabinetry and millwork from shop drawings Operate woodworking machinery safely and proficiently Maintain tight tolerances and consistent quality standards Manage time effectively to meet production schedules Contribute to a clean, organized, and productive shop
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in custom cabinetry or architectural millwork Strong ability to read and execute shop drawings independently Deep familiarity with standard shop equipment and processes Consistent attention to detail and build quality Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
