By midday, you've inspected your work, shared a quick process improvement tip with a teammate, and organized your station to keep production flowing. If that sounds like your kind of day, you'll feel right at home on our fabrication team in Ontario, CA. What You'll Do Operate a range of fabrication machinery and hand tools to produce components that meet exact specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide each build. Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure compliance with standards. Keep the workspace clean, orderly, and safe to maintain productivity. Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and boost efficiency. Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Participate in ongoing training to expand your skills and knowledge. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification in fabrication/manufacturing is a plus). Prior experience in fabrication or manufacturing preferred. Keen attention to detail and comfort using precision tools. Foundational understanding of fabrication methods and materials. Ability to comprehend technical documents and blueprints. Clear communicator and reliable team player. Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
