At Teledyne MEC, we've spent decades designing and manufacturing advanced RF and microwave components for aerospace, defense, and communications. Our products support applications from radar and space to electronic warfare and UAV systems. If you're ready to bring your assembly expertise to a team that values precision and innovation, join us as a VE Processing Assembler. What you'll do Inspect vacuum envelope mechanical sub-assemblies and final assemblies for quality and accuracy Interpret schematics and use measuring tools such as optical comparators, calipers, and microscopes Assemble components using small hand tools and precision equipment Maintain production flow to meet weekly schedule requirements Follow detailed instructions and ensure compliance with quality standards Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized work area What you need Experience working with small parts, hand tools, and microscopes (required) Ability to read blueprints and follow written/verbal instructions (required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy (required) Ability to lift 5-20 lbs and work in a team environment (required) Tig welding, brazing, and clean room experience (advantage) Familiarity with FOD control and geometric dimensioning/tolerancing (advantage) U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) (required) What we offer Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with company match and retirement plans Paid time off and flexible work arrangements Professional development and training opportunities A collaborative environment focused on innovation and growth What happens next Apply online through Teledyne's careers page.
