09/08/2026 Job Description Job Description We are a high-volume manufacturing facility seeking fast, detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our team. We specialize in precision assembly, automated packaging, and high-throughput product lines. We are explicitly seeking candidates with core manufacturing experience outside of our sector -including food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods (CPG), automotive assembly, or electronics manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Operate high-speed assembly and automated packaging machinery to consistently hit shift quotas. Conduct strict quality control checks on weight, seals, and visual standards. Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and clearing minor line jams to minimize downtime. Follow all floor safety, hygiene, and product SOPs strictly. Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, assembly, CPG, or food processing lines. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail during fast-paced, repetitive tasks. Basic mechanical aptitude to assist with machine operation and line adjustments. Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts and lift up to 40 lbs safely. Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic.
