You will work closely with the production team and supervisors on a 1st shift, onsite schedule (M-F, 5:00am-1:30pm). Your contributions directly affect throughput, product reliability, and on-time delivery. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts per instructions and procedures Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm sequence of operations Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts Bond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies using heating elements or ovens and perform in-process testing Follow all safety policies and maintain regular, punctual attendance Support occasional variable schedules, nights, weekends, or additional hours as needed Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or equivalent preferred (or equivalent combination of education and work experience) 6 months to 1 year of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for small parts Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery Basic math skills and ability to read/interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, and procedures Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Here's What Else Might Help You Out Attention to detail Experience working in a fast-paced environment Pay Range $16.00 - $20.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
