Hiring Cleanroom Mechanical Assemblers in Longmont - $22-$26/hour (DOE) Build Precision Equipment for the Semiconductor Industry Are you a detail-oriented assembler who takes pride in quality workmanship? We're looking for a Cleanroom Mechanical Assembler to join a growing team that builds advanced gas distribution and semiconductor process equipment used in critical technologies around the world. What You'll Do As a Cleanroom Mechanical Assembler, you will play a key role in building and testing sophisticated mechanical and electrical assemblies in a Class 10 cleanroom environment . You'll work from engineering drawings and production documentation to assemble high-quality products that meet strict industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble complex mechanical and electrical systems according to engineering drawings and specifications Build sub-assemblies and large-scale equipment using hand tools and testing equipment Perform electrical crimping and make accurate electrical connections Conduct assembly testing and verification to ensure product quality and performance Support hydro-testing activities and accurately record test data as required Follow ISO9001 quality standards and documented manufacturing procedures Maintain cleanroom protocols, including contamination control and gowning requirements Use email and basic computer applications to document work and communicate with team members Participate in lean manufacturing, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement projects Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to achieve manufacturing goalsWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of manufacturing or production assembly experience 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment Electrical crimping and wiring experience Understanding of quality standards and controlled manufacturing environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills, including email and document managementPreferred Qualifications:
