This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work and assembling small components with precision. In this role, you'll assemble robotic and automation equipment using hand tools while following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Pay/Hours • $21.00-$23.00/hour • Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities Assemble robotic components and subassemblies using small hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Perform mechanical assembly of small, precision components. Use measuring tools such as calipers and other precision instruments to verify accuracy. Complete electrical wiring and cable routing according to diagrams and specifications. Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and make adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Accurately complete production and quality documentation. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings. Experience using small hand tools and basic power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Experience with electrical wiring or cable assembly is a plus. Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive assembly tasks. Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
