Job Description

Overall goal: To support the production line/process by being a safe and productive employee and aiding in the production and shipping of Sphere Renewable products.
Role Objectives:
To assemble to product specifications To execute the company policy To ensure full compliance with legal OSHA and ISO requirements Duties and responsibilities Production Perform a variety of tasks to accurately assemble fiberglass and plastic assemblies and subassemblies. Safely operate hand tools required to assemble parts. Safely operate overhead and rotating equipment. Work from basic visual aids, layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written/verbal assembly instructions. Perform quality checks on work in progress and completed assemblies in accordance with quality specifications. Safely load assemblies onto shipping racks. Organizing stock and maintaining inventory at your workstation. Inspecting products for defects and damages. Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and quality standards. Environmental, Health & Safety Wear required Personal Protective Equipment [PPE] Participate in company sponsored safety training Follow safe work practices Report unsafe/hazardous conditions Comply with the company's Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality [HSEQ] Policy, E002 General Work on continuous improvement of all facets under your responsibility and document results Selfdevelopment Any other duties for which you are deemed capable of by senior management.
Requirements:
Good communication skills Able to use basic hand and power tools. Knowledge of safety protocols & procedures Excellent attention to detail Excellent attendance Ability to lift to 50pounds.
