PM Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Danbury, CT. This role focuses on building large-scale, custom products using a variety of tools and assembly techniques. This is not repetitive production work-each project is different. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable following evolving build instructions.

Assembler Responsibilities:

Assemble large components and finished products using hand and power tools Interpret blueprints, schematics, and build instructions Follow detailed assembly steps and adjust to changing project requirements Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior assembly experience required, preferably with large or custom builds Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Comfortable working on non-repetitive, project-based assemblies Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs regularly High attention to detail and commitment to quality Why Join This Role?
