Job Description

Westaff is Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Assemblers in Farmington, CT!

Pay Rate:

$18.00 - $20.00, depending on experience

Assembler Responsibilities:

Assemble components and parts according to work instructions and diagrams Use hand and power tools to build, fasten, and secure materials Inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Meet daily production goals while maintaining high workmanship standards Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Assembler Requirements:

Experience using hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and measurements Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
