Job Overview We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in a casual, bright, clean, climate controlled environment. As an 2nd Shift Assembler/Production Support Technician you will play a crucial role in the assembly products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This position requires a strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, visual acuity, and the ability to work independently. Duties Assemble components and fabricate products according to specifications and quality standards. Perform tasks at an independent work station, ensuring timely completion of production goals. Operate various types of machinery and equipment as necessary to assist in the production process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any production challenges. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Experience working in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred. Familiarity with various hand tools used in assembly and fabrication processes. Ability to work effectively at a work station while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
