Job Description

Job Purpose Responsible for performing advanced mechanical assembly and supporting manufacturing operations to ensure products are built in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and delivery requirements. Contributes to process improvements while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment aligned with Weatherford policies. Key Roles & Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly of moderate to complex components following established procedures and engineering drawings. Read and accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions. Assemble equipment to required specifications, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality. Inspect completed assemblies to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards. Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly or fit-up issues as needed. Maintain compliance with Weatherford's Enterprise Excellence Process, Quality Policy, and all applicable procedures and work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Properly operate and maintain company-provided tools and equipment. Perform assembly functions using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Safely operate overhead cranes and other material handling equipment as required. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including recommending updates to procedures and processes. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Complete all assigned work to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Experience & Education Required 2-4 years of experience in assembly or a manufacturing environment Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and quality focus Good verbal communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to read and understand work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines in English Travel Requirement Minimal travel required (up to 10%, domestic and occasional international) #LI-KP1
