Job Description:
Job Purpose The Optical Technician will assist with the manufacturing and testing of various fiber optic and electrical components within a manufacturing environment. Also, able to perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the supervisor or manager within the physical constraints of the job. Roles & Responsibilities- Manufacture, assemble and test various fiber optic and electrical components
- Perform Soldering of electrical components and inspect solder quality
- Identify non-conforming material
- Follow instructions to maintain workflow in accordance with process cycle process times.
- Perform intricate procedures during product assembly process Experience & Education
REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED
- 1 to 2+ years of related experience in fiber optic and/or electronic assembly Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
REQUIRED
- Good computer skills and Microsoft knowledge
