What You'll Do:

Sand, grind, buff, and finish fiberglass surfaces to meet quality standards Repair cosmetic and structural fiberglass imperfections Prepare boat hulls, decks, and components for final assembly and paint processes Use hand tools, power tools, sanders, grinders, and finishing equipment safely and effectively Inspect finished products for defects and ensure a smooth, high-quality appearance Follow work instructions, quality guidelines, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
