Updated 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary An Electrical Technician is responsible for supporting electrical and wire harness assembly and installation within a controlled aerospace manufacturing environment. This role includes soldering on electronic and avionics products, assembling and installing wire harnesses, preparing test articles and fixtures, installing and terminating wiring, troubleshooting circuits, applying organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance, and working on complex components and systems using established drawings and technical requirements. Successful completion of all required contingencies and training is mandatory. Requirements Job DetailsFacility Type:

$28.05-$39.26 Education & Job Requirements- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to perform soldering on electronic and avionics products.
- Demonstrated ability to assemble and install wire harnesses and avionics products.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare test articles, fixtures, and data collection devices for testing.
- Demonstrated ability to install and terminate wiring and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
- Demonstrated ability to apply organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance.
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex components and systems using established drawings and requirements.
- U.S. Person for Export Compliance. Preferred Skills
- Experience working on a NASA program.
- Experience in a clean room environment.
- Manufacturing experience in human spaceflight, spaceflight, or aircraft hardware.
- Experience in inspecting, fabricating, installing, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses or electrical components and associated equipment. Job Duties & Functions

- Must be comfortable standing, bending, and crawling into confined spaces.
- Ability to lift 10+ pounds.
- Ability to work all shifts as required.
