We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Structural Assembler to join our team. The Structural Assembler will be responsible for assembling and fabricating structural components according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural assembly, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Assemble structural components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Inspect and verify dimensions of parts to ensure accuracy and quality. Operate machinery and equipment such as drills, grinders, and hoists. Perform quality checks to ensure assembled products meet specifications. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience. Proven experience as a Structural Assembler or similar role. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required. Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instructions. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in aerospace, automotive, or construction industries.

Physical Requirements:

Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds. Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
