What You'll Do:

Apply fiberglass, resin, gel coat, and composite materials to boat molds and components Prepare molds and materials for the lamination process Roll, smooth, and finish fiberglass surfaces to ensure quality standards are met Inspect completed work for defects and perform repairs as needed Read and follow production specifications and work instructions Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
