Assembler

We are seeking entry-level Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will support the assembly and testing of battery modules and packs in a cleanroom environment for satellite systems. Responsibilities Assemble battery modules and packs by following instructions and diagrams Complete basic assembly tasks correctly by following standard procedures Use welding equipment to join parts while following safety guidelines Check battery parts and finished products to make sure they meet quality standards Record test results and production information accurately Report any issues or defects according to company procedures Handle materials carefully while following safety and cleanroom guidelines Keep the work area clean and organized and wear required protective equipment Qualifications Entry-level experience High aptitude for working with small electronic components and mechanical equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to document test results and non-conformities accurately Capability to follow ESD, safety, and cleanroom protocols consistently. You will work around battery modules, packs, and related test and welding equipment, following strict ESD and safety protocols. All team members must adhere to the employer's PPE requirements, which include wearing smocks, hair nets, beard nets (if applicable), and shoe covers while in designated areas. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to procedures to maintain a high standard of product reliability. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Homestead, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
