Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling precision components and mechanical systems with accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that products meet strict quality standards and are completed on time. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and systems using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment Interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and production documents to ensure precise assembly Measure parts accurately using calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and other precision measuring tools Conduct quality checks by verifying dimensions with shop math and measurement instruments to ensure compliance with specifications Use soldering techniques where necessary to connect electrical or mechanical parts according to manufacturing standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols and safety guidelines Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve manufacturing processes Requirements Proven experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments, preferably within industrial or warehouse settings Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and mechanical blueprint interpretation Proficiency in using measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices Familiarity with shop math concepts essential for accurate measurements and calculations during assembly Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, soldering equipment, and specialized industrial tools safely and effectively Mechanical knowledge related to machining, assembly processes, and interpreting technical drawings Experience with warehouse operations or inventory management is a plus Excellent manual handling skills with attention to detail in high-precision tasks Commitment to safety practices including proper PPE use and adherence to safety protocols Join our team as an Assembly Technician if you're eager to apply your mechanical skills in a vibrant environment where quality and precision are paramount.
