Production Assembly Technician Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

Temporary (potential for extension or permanent placement) Overview This role supports the production of debit and credit cards by handling specific steps in the manufacturing process. The focus is on material cleaning and applying card components (stickers), along with maintaining a clean and organized work area. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and comfort working on your feet throughout the day. What You'll Do Perform cleaning steps on materials during the production process Apply stickers accurately to card products Follow process steps and production instructions closely Inspect materials during handling and remove any defects Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean and organized Support general production line tasks as needed Assist with material handling (moving and organizing supplies) Work Environment & Physical Requirements Standing for most of the shift Lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs Closed-toe shoes required at all times Production floor setting Basic Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly work Ability to follow step-by-step processes consistently Comfortable working with hands and handling materials repeatedly Able to read instructions and complete basic documentation Reliable and able to stay focused in a repetitive task environment Preferred Experience Lab or testing environment exposure Experience with quality checks or product inspection Familiarity with manufacturing equipment or production lines Basic computer use for documentation or communication Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
