RoMac Building Supply in Leesburg, FL is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lead Interior Door Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The lead role will be responsible for building, assembling, and overseeing the production of custom interior doors and frames while guiding shop workers and maintaining quality control. This position requires the ability to safely operate tools and equipment, read measurements accurately, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Guide daily shop workflow, assign tasks, and mentor interior line fabricators Assemble and fabricate doors using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials according to specifications Install hardware, glass, inserts, and other door components Read and interpret work orders and production schedules Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and policies Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed Prior experience in a leadership role Ability to read a tape measure accurately Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Good communication skills, strong work ethic Ability to lift up over 75 pounds and stand for extended periods Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Training and advancement opportunities Stable, family-oriented work environment Schedule Full-time Monday - Friday Overtime available as needed Equal Opportunity Employer We are an
