Job Description
Assemblers fill a very important role at Mainstream Engineering. They are responsible for the assembly of products that include high-volume mechanical and electromechanical assemblies. Successful assembler candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking. They also must have a high standard for the quality of their own work and the ability to monitor it. Additionally, they must be high-detail and able to precisely follow written work instructions. Responsibilities Precisely follow written work instructions, every time Meet aggressive production quotas, while maintaining quality standards Maintain positive attitude working under time pressure, in fast-paced environment Keep focused when dealing with repetitive work Accurately complete various production forms and records Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area Experience Assembly experience preferred Mechanical aptitude required Ability to read and follow work instructions Mainstream Engineering Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
