This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys building precision equipment and takes pride in producing high-quality work. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling CNC machinery and related mechanical components using blueprints, assembly drawings, and hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a team-focused manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble CNC machines, mechanical assemblies, and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and technical documentation. Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and precision instruments during assembly. Verify components are assembled accurately and meet quality standards. Inspect completed assemblies and identify any defects or discrepancies. Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and communicate larger concerns to supervisors or engineering. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established quality control and safety procedures. Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as needed. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience required. Experience assembling industrial equipment, machinery, or CNC equipment preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions. Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and shop equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods throughout the workday. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
