Manufacturing-Heavy Equipment Assembler Are you looking to join a company where you'll work with new, top of the line heavy equipment? Keen, a Wallenius Wilhelmsen company, is seeking Manufacturing-Heavy Equipment Assembler at our equipment processing center in Brunswick, GA. Join the Keen Team today! Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. Job DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL DO
Complete assembly of partially built heavy equipment using hand, electric, and air-powered tools Unpackage, install, and remove machine parts Drive and operate equipment including backing up, tilting or raising or lowering attachments or other machine movements to facilitate proper assembly Be able to work outside in all reasonable weather condition Read and interpret machine manuals and schematics for assembly purposes Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety regulations Job RequirementsWHAT YOU'LL NEED
Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment , forklifts, overhead cranes Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and schematics Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems for construction and agricultural equipment Sufficient hand dexterity and strength to operate a sledgehammer, power tools and withstand vibration of tools Ability to lift overhead 50 lbs and climb to/work at heights of up to 15 feet Ability to complete a full workday walking and/or standing in all reasonable weather conditions Current valid driver's licenseWHEN YOU JOIN US
