Job Description

Job Purpose:
As an Assembly Technician at MJC INC, you'll play a key role in building commercial HVAC units. You'll work with your hands, using tools and blueprints, to create products that meet our customers' needs. It's all about making sure everything fits together perfectly!
Key Responsibilities:
Use hand tools to assemble HVAC units. Follow blueprints to build products according to customer specifications. Ensure all components are correctly installed and working properly. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any issues or defects to supervisors promptly. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Education:
High school education or equivalent experience
Required Experience:
Experience in using hand tools effectively Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints Previous experience in assembling mechanical or HVAC units is a plus
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications Strong attention to detail and quality control Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to work well in a team environment Basic problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools
