Shift & Schedule:

Highly flexible daytime shifts. Accommodates school drop-offs, college schedules and secondary income needs, multiple positions available Mega Light Show is seeking Production Assemblers to join our holiday light manufacturing team in Cumming, GA. Operating out of a busy welding and metal fabrication shop, we custom-build commercial holiday wire frames and displays. In this role, you will bring those metal designs to life by installing and securing LED light strands onto the finished frames.

Please note:

This is a light assembly role. No welding or metal fabrication experience is required, as our fabrication team handles the metalwork before it reaches your station. The Starting Baseline:

All assemblers start at a guaranteed $15.00 per hour to ensure you have a stable, reliable income while learning our design layouts. The 4-

After your first month, we conduct a performance review. Workers who meet our steady production targets and maintain high quality standards will unlock performance-based bonuses, allowing you to out-earn a standard flat-rate hourly job!

Responsibilities Attach light strings neatly and tightly to metal wire frames. Secure bulbs precisely using specialized clips, zip ties, or fasteners. Follow specific design layouts, color codes, and wiring patterns. Test completed displays to ensure all lights function perfectly. Inspect finished products for high quality and safety standards. Pack and prepare finished displays safely for shipping. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation. Requirements Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination. Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately over a shift. Great attention to detail and patience (quality is our top priority). Ability to stand or sit for long periods while working. Capability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly. No prior experience required; we provide full on-the-job training!
