In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and finished products with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and specifications. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our production line. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where your craftsmanship and attention to detail make a real impact. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools according to detailed blueprints and schematics. Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing instructions, and production documents to accurately build assemblies. Measure parts with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math techniques to ensure specifications are met. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics to guide assembly processes. Use measuring instruments and gauges to verify dimensions during assembly and quality checks. Handle manual tasks including component placement, soldering, and fitting parts together with care and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues during assembly or machining processes when necessary. Support warehouse operations by managing inventory of parts, tools, and supplies required for assembly tasks. Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes including the use of hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and soldering techniques. Understanding of shop math principles relevant to manufacturing tasks. Experience working with manufacturing documentation and following detailed instructions accurately. Ability to lift heavy components safely using manual handling techniques. Warehouse experience is a plus for managing inventory efficiently.
