• 2:00 AM Friday overtime may be available based on production needs Job Responsibilities As an Assembler, you will help build industry-leading windows and doors by: Assembling products from start to finish using established work instructions Reading production orders and identifying required materials Using hand and power tools, including drills, screw guns, nail guns, routers, sanders, and saws Measuring materials and components accurately using a tape measure Inspecting products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met Reporting material shortages, defects, or quality concerns to leadership Following all safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures Assisting with additional production tasks as needed Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Ability to safely operate hand and power tools (will be trained) Ability to read and follow work instructions Basic math and measurement skills Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic High School Diploma or GED preferred Work Environment This position is based in a high-volume manufacturing facility where employees build premium windows and doors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on quality and safety.
