Position Summary The Assembler-Finish is responsible for assembling components and systems used in the production of ambulances and specialty vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble parts, subassemblies, and finished components per work instructions Install mechanical, electrical, and interior components Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions Inspect work for quality and accuracy; correct defects as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety, quality, and production standards Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and quality personnel Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to read work instructions and basic drawings Familiarity with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Ambulance, automotive, RV, or specialty vehicle manufacturing Mechanical, electrical, or interior assembly experience Experience in a lean or production-based environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) Contingencies of Employment Successful completion of a background check, pre-employment drug screen and physical examination Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, if applicable to the position Equal Opportunity Employer Life Line is an equal opportunity employer.
