Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Countertop Fabricator to join our team. Here at Rocky Tops, LLC we produce high‑quality natural stone and, quartz, countertops for residential and commercial clients across Southern Idaho. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Perform stone fabrication including cutting, polishing, and finishing Operate shop tools, saws, polishers, and fabrication equipment safely Read and interpret templates, and measurements Assist with material handling including and general shop organization Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace Collaborate with installers and other team members to complete projects Requirements Proven experience in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or related trades; experience with stone or millwork is a plus Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as saws, grinders, drills, and machining equipment is beneficial Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for precise fabrication Experience operating forklifts is preferred; certification is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials efficiently in a warehouse setting Familiarity with blueprint reading and dimensional measurements to follow detailed specifications accurately is preferable Excellent attention to detail for stone finishing and polishing tasks Prior experience working with construction or manufacturing teams is beneficial Join our team at Rocky Tops, LLC where craftsmanship and safety go hand in hand.
