Description Production Line Worker Part-Time Positions ONLY Available Shift times:
Weekends:
Friday and Saturday 10:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM Weekdays Monday to Friday 10:00 PM to 6:00
AM Pay Rate COE :
$20.50

50 / PH Key Responsibilities 1.
Production Tasks:
  • Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Assemble, pack, package, and label products as required.
  • Monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently and adjust when necessary.
  • Load raw materials into machines and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including quality standards and production schedules.
3.
Maintenance and Cleaning:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
4.
Efficiency and Productivity:
  • Strive to meet or exceed production targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.
5.
Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
  • Complete production-related paperwork as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not always required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and counting.
