Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician/Assembler to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in laboratory work, manufacturing, or product assembly who are eager to learn and grow in a hands-on technical environment. The successful candidate will assist with assembling components, conducting basic tests, and maintaining lab equipment under the guidance of senior staff. Key Responsibilities Assemble and test products, devices, or components according to written instructions and technical drawings Perform basic laboratory procedures such as measuring, mixing, labeling, and documenting materials Operate and maintain lab instruments and production tools safely and accurately Record data and maintain detailed documentation of assembly and testing processes Assist with quality control inspections and report any defects or irregularities Support inventory management by tracking and organizing parts, materials, and tools Follow all safety and cleanliness standards within the lab and work areas Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and supervisors to ensure production goals are met Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training in a related field preferred 0-2 years of experience in a lab, manufacturing, or assembly environment (training will be provided) Basic mechanical or technical aptitude and an eagerness to learn Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets, documentation)
